We admit a small number of members each year. When the current intake is complete, we keep a short waiting list, reviewed in the order received, and write to you personally as places open.
How it works
A short list, kept honestly.
The waiting list exists because we would rather admit fewer members than look after any of them less well. Places open as the house grows and as memberships change hands.
Your position is held in the order your request was received. We do not sell places, expedite them for a fee, or hold them open indefinitely for those who have not replied.
While you wait, you are welcome to ask us anything about how membership works. When a place opens, a membership manager writes to you personally to arrange a conversation.

Is there a waiting list?
Yes, at present. We admit a limited number of members each year to protect the quality of service. New memberships are subject to review, and requests are considered in the order received.
Are services charged separately?
Our time is covered by your membership. Third-party costs — a table, a flight, a villa — are passed on at cost, without markup.
Can my family use my membership?
Dedicated and Elite memberships extend to immediate family. General members may add family for a supplementary fee.

Wherever you are. Forty offices worldwide, fifty-four languages spoken, and partners in over sixty cities.
How do I apply?
Membership is by invitation. Request access through the enquiry form, or ask an existing member to introduce you. A membership manager will arrange a private conversation to understand your needs and recommend a tier.
