The Essensa Foundation channels the generosity of our members, partners and people towards meaningful change — with a focus on education, opportunity and the communities in which we work.
Our purpose
Access, for those who have least of it.
We believe the doors we open for members can also be opened for those who need them most. The Foundation funds scholarships, mentoring and first-job opportunities in every city where Essensa has an office.
Members and partners contribute through an annual gala, matched giving and by lending their time and expertise.
